Our food should be our medicine and our medicine should be our food.

Our beliefs

Our Lifestyle

We are what we eat

We eat bio/organic, seasonal and local food. Junky-food and food waste are a big NO for us. We prefer cooking from natural basic ingredients (bread, yogurt, pizza,...) over ready-made food on the shelves. Also we avoid frozen food.

Vegetables over animals

We prefer veggies, legumes, and fruits over meat (avoided at all), fish (eaten only if local and fresh) and dietary products. Also we love Spirulina/Chlorella and any kind of healthy sea weed.

Sugar and Salt

We always go for healthy nutrition! We try to avoid any added sugar or sugared snacks or hyper-salted ones. Also we prefer not to eat fried/fatty food.

The right habits

We like to cook larger portions, so that leftovers can serve as lunch for the day after. Also, we prefer normal oven over microwave and small regular meals over large 10-courses dinners. Last but not least, we love to take at least 30 min to properly chew the healthy food we eat (and grow).

Water is life

Green, mint and various other healthy teas are preferred vs. coffee. Also, we love to start our mornings with a glass of warm water with lemon and consume at least 2-3 litres of water a day.

Lifestyle

All in all, is a more broad lifestyle than just food itself. We like to reuse food vases and cans we buy, we bring our own paper grocery bags when we go to the local markets and we prefer glass Tupperware on plastic ones...
